Trade union movement demands work valorization
Near more one ellection for president of Republic, governators, senators and deputies, it’s up to the trade union movement to demand from the cadidates (men and women) commitment with the workers historical claims, specially with the elaboration of a project of national development which guarantees the valorization of work and the deepening of democracy.
In the vision of the trade union centrals, a project of development needs massive productive investments to solve the problems related to education, home, health and the misery of the Brazilian people.

João Carlos Gonçalves,
Juruna, General-Secretary
of Força Sindical
Investment rate
“For that, we have to demand from the ellected president (man or woman) to increase substantially the rate of investment in relation to the PIB, nowadays around 19%”, points the general-secretary of Força Sindical, João Carlos Gonçalves, Juruna.
For the leader, it would have to be of 25% the relation investment/PIB for the country to face the social necessities of the population, unemployment and youth that every year come to the job market looking for a vacancy.
Rate
“By the way, the index of 25% of investment/PIB is defended by economists of the most different political tendencies”, completes Juruna.
“It’s not possible a country to grow and to attend the demands of the population with low rates and high interests rates”, comments the president of the Central-AP, Maria de Fátima Coelho.
Social inequalities
In the opinion of the executive directory of Força Sindical, the development of the country is also primordial to the solution of the social and region inequalities, the end of violence, to solved the land problems and to get better the social security.
Together with the fight to implement new public politics and to enlarge the already existants, workers have to ellect a government able to intensify the changes occurred at government Lula, which have introduced the negotiations with workers as a way to overcome the great social questions.
To negotiate
with workers
According to leaders, the government Lula is notable in negotiating with workers, by conferences and national councils, having as result the implementation of the project of recuperation of the minimum salary and the agreement of the retired.
“For us, to make better the workers life is essential to the deepening of democracy, because the fight is for a symphatetic and much more human society”, assess the substitute president of Força-MG, Vandeir Messias Alves.
Work
“But it only is not enough. Beyond the tributary and politic reform, we are going to charge from the new government initiatives to the work valorization, as the workload reduction, the manteinance of the work rights and the guarantee of free health and education for all”, summarizes the president of the Gas Station Attendants National Federation, Antônio Porcino Sobrinho.

Clementino Tomaz Vieira,
President of CNTM
“The government has to speed the investments and to increase the growth rates”, completes the president of CNTM, Clementino Tomaz Vieira.
To make better the life of the people, it would be necessary that the Brazilian state to be the development inductor, investing in strategic sectors and offering credit with low interests for the companies to make the necessary investments to increase the production. |

Worker has to participate
of the ellectoral process
The great politic event of this second semester is, undoubtly, the ellections for president of Republic, senators, governors and federal and state deputies. Us, workers, can’t be out of the ellectoral process otherwise we will lose a great opportunity of deciding about our historical banners.
We demand from the candidates (men or women) to president and to governor, if they want to be supported by us, they will have to assume the commitment of supporting our great social, economic and politic claims.
We want that the candidates to have a position about the workload reduction, without cut in the salaries, the approvation by the National Congress of the Convention 158 (which avoids reasonless demission) of OIT and of the law which institutes the politic of valorization of the minimum salary, among other questions.
The candidate can not be reticent. If they want our support in this ellection. The workload reduction is one of the main claims of the work movement and we want from the next president his support at the Parliament to approve the constitutional emend which deals with this subject.
Besides, our candidate (man or woman) have to be commited with the elaboration of a project of national development which guarantees the valorization of work and the deepening of democracy.
In our vision, a project of development needs massive productive investments to solve the problems related to education, home and health. And more: this project has to bring measures of income distribution and the increase of salary of the employees. |

In his report, the minster explains that the concession of the injunctional order is to guarantee “to each member of the group, class or category, the right to have his request of special retirement concretely analized by competent administrative authority, observed, for such, what disposes the article 57 of the Law 78.213/91”.
